I’m Leila, a certified fitness and nutrition professional with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. My lifestyle and coaching reflect my belief in holistic health, sustainable living, and long-term well-being.
I hold internationally recognized certifications and specialize in women’s health, with a strong focus on hormonal balance, weight loss, muscle building, and strength development. My approach is centered on helping people build muscle, improve body composition, and feel strong and confident at every stage of life.
